At CHZL Club, we strive to provide premium denim and sportswear that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags must be intact

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased on sale or discount

  • Innerwear or intimate wear (if applicable)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to improper use by the customer

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • In case of a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will arrange a free replacement or return pickup

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Refund processing time:

  • 5–7 business days after approval

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to availability.

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • If the requested size is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos for verification

We will ensure a quick replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
