Welcome to Chizelclub. By accessing or using our website (chizelclub.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Chizelclub is an Indian direct-to-consumer apparel brand specialising in denim and activewear designed to be tailored. Operated by Chizelclub, registered in India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site with the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, colours, fabric weights, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen calibration. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets via our secure payment gateway. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 48 working hours and shipped via reputable courier partners. Domestic delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹1,499 within India. Detailed shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Alteration Support

Chizelclub garments are engineered to be altered. Each pair is stitched with generous seam allowances to make tailoring easy. Unworn, unwashed, tag-on items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Sale items are eligible for exchange only. Alteration costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product images, copy, and design — is the property of Chizelclub and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, transmit harmful code, or interfere with the service in any way.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chizelclub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
